- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the resort’s brand identity and business goals.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, and copy for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize social media campaigns and increase ROI.
- Engage with the audience through timely responses to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, offers, and services.
- Managing the social media channels related to the resort, food & beverage and wellness, and coming up with monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots with in-house teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with Anantara’s brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the team to develop digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and advertisements.
- Work with in house graphic designers to create engaging content to be published in social media channels.
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and partnerships.
- Assist in managing influencer collaborations, press visits, and brand partnerships to increase visibility and engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns and platforms.
- Manage and update the marketing content calendar, ensuring all activities are planned and executed on time.
- Handle purchase requests, supplier invoices, and ensure timely follow-up with the Finance department for approvals and payments.
- Assist with organizing internal and external marketing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Maintain and organize marketing files, assets, and content archives for easy accessibility.
- Monitor website traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tiktok, reporting tools, Insights etc).
- Basic copywriting and intermediate content creation skills.
- Experience in wellness marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics, and reporting tools.
