What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Manage the organic social calendar and ensure timely content posting aligned with key initiatives
- Monitor social platforms for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and questions in real time
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create content tailored to platform trends and audience behavior
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve social media strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of social media experience, with understanding of major platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing trends and platform best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for a global brand or B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with social media content management platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of emerging content formats and trends on various social media platforms
