What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage community engagement across Lovevery’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, responding to messages and comments
- Address product inquiries, subscriber issues, and customer service concerns while fostering positive interactions
- Monitor brand-related conversations and report insights on community performance to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance community strategies and support product launches
- Utilize social media listening and engagement tools to ensure timely and on-brand community management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3 years of experience in social media community management, customer experience, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Experience using social media engagement or listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, Khoros, Sprinklr)
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to balance empathy with clarity
- Strong organizational and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- A passion for early childhood, parenting, and/or education
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities across time zones
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for handling fast-moving situations
