      Job Title – Social Media Content Creator
      On-Site | Full Time | Direct Hire
      Compensation: $28-30hr., DOE

      We are seeking a versatile Social Media Content Creator who thrives in producing eye-catching innovative content that resonates with a broad social audience. This role requires staying up-to-date with the brand's products, news, and events and creating content that reflects and projects our mission, brand, and successes.

      Responsibilities of the Social Media Content Creator position

      1. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit for various promotional materials.
      2. Write and edit content for various products.
      3. Closely monitor social media channels and engage an audience for trends, customer feedback, and industry news.
      4. Plan and execute thorough social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
      5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, eCommerce, Graphic Design, Customer Service, and Product Development, to develop and implement social media community engagement strategies that align with the brand values and business objectives.
      6. Act as the point of contact for social influencers; responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback across various platforms.
      7. Optimize websites and social media channels with keyword messaging, social media content, graphics, and photography.
      8. Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.
      9. Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and scheduling.
      10. Use social media management and community management tools to build brand awareness, measure community engagement, and track the success of community initiatives.
      11. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

      Requirements of the Social Media Content Creator position

      1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.
      2. Proven experience as a Content Creator, creative (with graphics, copywriting, and photography).
      3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and their respective audiences.
      4. Experience with tools like Adobe CS, Canva, InVideo, Animoto, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and more.
      5. Strong copywriting, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
      6. Creativity and ability to think outside the box in a standalone yet resourceful role.
      7. Familiarity with social media platforms, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community management tools.
      8. Passion for health, lifestyle brands, retail, self-help, and a solid understanding of social listening trends and healthy lifestyles is a plus.
