      Title Social Media Content Executive

      Salary: £25k-£28k doe

      Hours: Full Time / 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday

      Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

      Location: Hybrid – Northampton / London Area / Manchester

      The Role

      You will be reporting into the Social Media Manager, building social media campaigns as well as creating social media content, adapting it for different channels and audiences, posting it and monitoring engagement.

      • Scheduling release of content at optimal times, being accountable for scheduling posts on time and accurately while monitoring engagement and providing feedback for every post.

      • Be quick to act on current trends and themes that sit within the Early Years sector and the Work and Family sector.

      • Be confident in all social media spaces, adept at creating quick and authentic content to sit on Instagram reels and TikTok.

      • Be innovative, creative and passionate about pushing brand boundaries.

      • Filming at nurseries or company events for content creation, this will include being on camera as well as filming others.

      • Flexible regular travel to UK support offices, nursery settings and events.

      • 1 day per week in the Northampton, London or Manchester office.

      What We Are Looking For:

      • Excellent written communication skills, incl. experience in copy/content writing.

      • Previous experience of writing for multiple audiences, esp. through social media channels.

      • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

      • Excellent interpersonal skills to interview and collaborate with colleagues across the business.

      • Previous experience of creating content for different media.

      • Desired skills: Experience using Canva, Asana, Sprinklr and SharePoint.
