- Develop, design, plan, and execute content for all social media platforms (7+)
- Ability to creatively product and edit video assets that are engaging and aligned with The Tile Shop brand.
- Create content across channels that boosts engagement and brand love, expanding our communities.
- Ability to cater content to specific platforms and the audience types on each.
- Must have the ability to pivot in real-time to take advantage of new trends and performance and is able to quickly concept, shoot, and edit content to match.
- Responsible for the daily monitoring, community management, and scheduling of content across platfoms.
- Work closely with the Social Media team and Creative and Copy teams to coordinate timing and deadlines for upcoming campaigns and new launches.
- Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports and campaign insights.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a master multitasker who can manage day-to-day changes in worldly events that require re-prioritization and flexibility.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to support copywriting, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to learn and write within The Tile Shop’s brand voice to ensure there is consistency, relevancy, and accuracy across all messaging.
- Ability to spot and leverage pop culture and emerging trends that matter to our brand and consumer.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in social media, communications, or marketing.
- Strong video and editing skills (specifically as it pertains to Instagram and TikTok) with knowledge of in-platform editors, experience with Adobe editing software a plus.
- Versatile and dynamic individual who has strong concepting and design skills.
- The ideal candidate lives and breathes in the social media world and thrives off understanding what content will engage audiences across different platforms.
- Experience using social platform management tools, comfortable pulling performance reports using various platforms such as Google Analytics or Dash Hudson.
- Ability to think critically to synthesize and integrate information from multiple sources.
- Ability to stay up to date on social trends and best practices.
- Must understand that the nature of social media requires some work outside of the typical 8-5 workday.
- Strong time management and able to handle multiple projects and timelines.
- Must be highly driven, energetic, and take initiative.

Job Description
This role is responsible for creating content for all TTS social channels. The person in this role should have a basic understanding of the earned media space and a hunger to dive into social trends, analyze results, optimize, and develop new strategies. Succeeding in this role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will be a part of the Social Media team and will collaborate on strategies, creation, and execution. This person will work with both internal and external teams to help coordinate, produce, and publish strategic content and grow brand communities.
