What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop engaging social media narratives
- Record and edit short-form video content suitable for LinkedIn, including product demos and team insights
- Write compelling post copy tailored to LinkedIn's professional audience
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting aligned with company goals
- Track post engagement and performance metrics to inform future content strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn
- Proficiency in video recording and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, ShotCut)
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with industrial automation, manufacturing, or STEM/technology topics is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in producing social media content for a technical audience
- Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing and engagement strategies
- Experience in graphic design or sourcing appropriate visuals for social media posts
