- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media programs for multiple client accounts
- Build and maintain social content calendars, schedule posts, and manage communities across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X
- Develop engaging, on-brand content—written, visual, and video—in collaboration with the Creative team
- Monitor, moderate and engage in social conversations to foster community and elevate brand presence
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and identify insights to improve results
- Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of paid social campaigns, including budget tracking
- Support the development of social strategies, content plans, and influencer marketing initiatives
- Create monthly and quarterly analytics reports summarizing key performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Stay on top of cultural moments, viral content, and platform updates to create timely, relevant content
- Lead internal photo shoot coordination, including pre-production planning and day-of support
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing social media for brands (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X), including best practices, algorithms and audience behaviors
- Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating content and using publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social reporting and insights tools
- Passionate about internet culture, storytelling and creating connections through Interest in the food, lifestyle, or CPG categories a plus
