      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage social media community engagement and customer care interactions across various platforms
      - Utilize tools to track customer sentiment, report insights, and monitor trending topics
      - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to foster positive engagement
      - Collaborate with the Community Manager to create operational reports for performance optimization
      - Write engaging content daily and act as the brand's voice across social media channels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer care engagement
      - Proficiency in MS Office and major social media platforms
      - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
      - Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis management and community management during special events
      - Familiarity with customer service protocols and procedures
      - Knowledge of coffee products and brand activations
