      We accomplish this vision with the following three objectives: 1) Build magical experiences to provide SPs opportunities to connect directly with Amazon and each other, thus creating a valuable and inclusive community, 2) Create and govern SP communications and content to inspire, educate, and engage in multi-directional channels between SPs and Amazon at scale; and 3) Measure SP Perceptions, develop SP Insights, and advocate on their behalf.

      We are seeking a talented and creative Social Marketing Manager – Insights and Paid, who has a proven track record in Social Media reporting, insights, and managing Paid Social Media campaigns. This person will own overall SPC Social Media reporting, insights and targeting, of both Paid and organic campaigns. This role includes ownership and of monitoring of Ad Campaigns across Sell On Amazon social channels including META, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Reddit. This person will partner closely with Social media marketing managers and who manage Organic and paid strategy, campaigns and calendars. The person will be responsible for defining, measuring, tracking and reporting the right benchmarks and metrics for Social media, across all platforms. This person will also work closely with central and other partner teams in Amazon to build the right reporting framework, KPIs and success metrics for Social media. They will lead the experimentation calendar for the team and recommend best practices based on outcomes.

      The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they have end-to-end ownership in a white space, is an excellent communicator and has strong business judgment. You will be an active partner in day-to-day decision-making, as well as long-term strategic planning. Experience with influencing internal and external partners is required. Success in this role requires being a self-starter with deep analytical prowess, who can balance both day-to-day activities and longer-term strategic projects. You will need to be entrepreneurial and roll up your sleeves, and relentlessly pursue more sophisticated measurement techniques.

      Key job responsibilities
      • Be the key point of contact for all things involving social media insights and measurement
      • Will be responsible to derive insights and learnings from current campaigns (overall and by channel) and provide the right recommendations and actions for future actions/campaigns.
      • Own quarterly, Social Media testing program. Identify emerging channel trends (content formats and subject matter) to define and execute experiments
      • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and recommendations which power leadership and reporting updates. These reports also become inputs to Organic social media managers to build organic campaign calendars and quarterly experimentation roadmaps.
      • Communicate with key domestic/global stakeholders to help determine social media metric benchmarks and goals. Also collaborate with central teams to align team goals with central goals.
      • Build and maintain self-service dashboards for internal and SPECT partners (i.e. Sprinklr, Excel, Quicksight)
      • Maintain communication with external agencies and internal creative stakeholders to manage campaigns and provide data-driven decisions
      • Work with key social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Twitter, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging measurement methods that can help us grow our customer base and brand.

      Arlington, VA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
      - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
      - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
