      Key job responsibilities
      • End to end ownership of Prime Video’s social brand channels and strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube and others, including execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis
      • Constantly iterate and maintain Amazon Prime Video’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms.
      • Build and leverage locally and cultural moments to make brand Prime Video relevant to Indian audiences
      • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels
      • Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation and affinity for the Prime Video brand and its content
      • Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings
      • Work with International product and marketing teams to build automated and scalable solutions to drive social media engagement. This person in this role will be working closely with global social media teams across Amazon with ample opportunities to both share what we are learning while at the same time learning from others
      • Liaise closely with content partners and media agencies to plan and execute campaigns
      • Set an experimentation calendar and constantly test hypothesis to develop an editorial strategy for Prime Video
      • Be the business POC for social media customer service team. Constantly improve processes to maintain a high-bar on customer interactions and satisfaction
      • Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices
      • Expand Prime Video’s brand presence on emerging and IN-specific social platforms
      - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

      - • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
      - • 5+ years of marketing experience
      - • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
      - • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - • 6+ years of work experience in Consumer Marketing / Social Media Marketing
      - • Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
      - • Very high degree of fluency in English- Who will like and excel at this?

      - • Prior consumer social media marketing experience growing and managing social brand channels of significant scale, preferably in the entertainment/content space
      - • Advanced social measurement experience including use of listening, monitoring and CRM services/tools
      - • The right person in this role will also be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist
      - • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines is expected from someone in this role
      - • A cornerstone of high performance in this role is an extreme orientation towards learning iteratively. We are on Day 1 of building Prime Video for our customers in India we will need to continuously uncover the human insights that can be tested to craft the ideal experience for our customers
      - • Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment will be useful. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
      - • Advanced comfort with analysis incl. use of products/features such as MS Excel, pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros
      - • A passion for movies, TV shows and other great digital content wouldn’t hurt!
