1. Ensure correct and effective communication on social media channels
2. Ensure adherence to both MB India Internal as well as global Social media activities guidelines
3. Ensures any complaints/queries received on social media are answered in timely and effective manner
4. Ensure timely and effective reporting to all stakeholders on MBIL social media activities
