      F5 Inc. is seeking a S ocial Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing social media strategies for F5's brand, driv ing engagement across platforms, and creat ing meaningful connections with our customers, partners, and industry influencers.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Global Social Media Strategy: Build upon social media strategies for the F5 brand, enhancing our online presence and engagement.
      • Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for social media content, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
      • Content Creation: Create compelling and professional copy for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and X , tailored to the voice and goals of each platform .
      • Creative Advisory: Collaborate with the creative team to advise on visual assets that complement and enhance social media content.
      • Influencer Identification: Identify key influencers and relevant content for executives to engage with, including liking, sharing, and commenting to expand their reach and influence.
      • Metrics Tracking and Analysis: Track social media metrics and analyze the impact of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

      Knowledge /Skills :

      • Proven track record of scaling social media programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
      • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube and other emerging platforms with the ability to apply platform-specific strategies effectively.
      • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling copy in the distinct style of our brand voice, and employee advocates.
      • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop visual content in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
      • Familiar with social scheduling software, Sprinklr.
      • Ability to identify and engage with key influencers and relevant content.
      • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy.
      • Exceptional communication —in person and in writing—that inspire s confidence and followership of diverse audiences.
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

      Qualifica tions :

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, c ommunications, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

      Physical Demands and Work Environment

      • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table .
      • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
      • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
