- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for clients to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and shareable content across various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the agency team & clients to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct social media audits to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to explore new opportunities for brand promotion.
- Research and propose creative ideas to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for content creation.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of design & editing tools (Canva, Capcut) is a plus.
- Passion for social media and staying updated on industry trends.
