- Drive user engagement and support customer service by replying to comments and monitoring response trends
- Work with Social Marketing Manager to support social media marketing campaigns, including curating content, scheduling posts, and pitching content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
- Assist with reporting by reviewing digital analytics and compiling data across all social platforms
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, providing relevant information to retail, wholesale and e-commerce divisions as needed
- Research marketing opportunities (events, collaborations, influencers), content ideas, and community management best practices for social media
- Assist with shipping samples and placing product orders as needed.
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be located in the Charleston, SC area
- Current college student or recent graduate with a major in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Highly engaged in social media, with experience and interest in social media management for business purposes.
- Working understanding of all primary social channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style to suit our brand voice.
- Keen eye for branding and aesthetics, with the ability to recognize and create content that meets brand standards
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred
- Proficiency in video editing software or apps preferred
- Self-starter with excellent time management, accountability, and judgement making skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team and individually in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
- This is a paid internship for the Summer/Fall 2024 semester, requiring a 15 - 20 hour/week time commitment. Exact start and end dates are to be determined, ideally starting in May or June and carrying throughout the fall semester.
- An hourly schedule can be determined based on your availability within the work week, with typical office hours between M-F, 9am – 5pm
- Applicants should be based in Charleston, SC. This position is currently a hybrid of remote and in-person work, requiring 1-2 days per week at the Le Creuset of America headquarters in Charleston, SC. Please note that you will need your own transportation to the office.

As a Le Creuset Social Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Social Marketing Manager to support brand social media campaigns. You will gain experience in digital marketing and will assist the Marketing Communications team by responding to fans on social media and assisting with customer support, curating content, scheduling social posts, compiling digital analytics, and more.
