What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly manage and support a team of US-based community managers
- Oversee project planning, including scope definition, timeline measurement, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and manage team backlog
- Prepare and send weekly capacity updates to project and client teams
- Lead internal standups and address project blockers proactively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team focusing on social media projects
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong business operations understanding of end-to-end project workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and make real-time decisions
- BA/BS degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Process optimization expertise and AI integration experience
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ADO
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or comparable social media management platforms
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Comfortability presenting directly to clients
