- Directing and producing video content, including shooting and editing videos.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that videos are produced on time and
- within budget.
- Managing the production process from start to finish, including scheduling shoots,
- managing equipment, and overseeing post-production.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and
- YouTube content creation.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends, gossip and pop culture.
- Operating camera, setting up lighting and sound equipment.
- Editing daily YouTube show.
- Ensuring that the final product meets the Networks’ expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications or related field.
- Experience in short-form video content and creating video content for social media.
- 5+ years of experience in video production.
- Advanced knowledge of video production including but not limited to experience with professional cameras, studio and field production, storyboarding, lighting set up, audio recording techniques, and post-production editing.
- Familiarized with Sony FX6 or similar.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Must have great communication skills and be able to give and receive critical feedback.
- Excellent communication, oral and written (proofreading) and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of social media trends, gossip and pop culture.
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and be able to work independently and collaboratively. The Social Media Video Producer will be involved in the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final editing. The candidate will be operating camera, setting up lighting and sound equipment, and ensuring that the final product meets the network’s expectations.
