  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead day-to-day content creation and community management across social media platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  - Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering a positive environment
  - Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align community engagement with business goals
  - Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on community engagement and trends
  - Plan and execute community events, promotions, and campaigns to enhance engagement and loyalty
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media and online communities, with a preference for sports, gaming, or entertainment experience
  - Availability to work nights and weekends during major sporting events
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and fans
  - Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with social media and community analytics tools to derive insights from metrics
  - Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content and adapt writing style to different platforms
  - Creative and strategic thinking skills for developing effective community engagement strategies
  - Strong content creation skills with a track record of growing social media channels
