      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute global organic social media campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn
      - Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts organically
      - Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to fit brand voice
      - Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
      - Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics to drive decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using social media content to increase audience engagement and build brand equity
      - Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging posts and community activations
      - Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
