What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the social content calendar across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Write engaging and on-brand copy for various social media posts and interactions
- Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva and collaborate with the Creative Team
- Produce and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Track performance metrics and compile regular reports to optimize future content and campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and management, ideally in a consumer or eCommerce setting
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)
- Experience with social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, or Sprout Social
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and reporting on performance
- Bonus: Experience working with influencers, user-generated content, or building engaged social communities
