      Job Summary

      Develop, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of enterprise marketing strategy, products, or programs across a variety of channels including but not limited to research, product/brand, communications, digital, and outreach.



      Essential Functions

      • Executes and contributes to overall social media strategy, including creating content, through posting regularly on all of Atrium Health’s social media platforms to inform internal and external stakeholders about the Atrium Health brand to increase engagement, maintain reputation and promote the system.
      • Consistently monitors pages to ensure comments within community are appropriate, and promptly addresses community comments, reviews, questions and/or concerns.
      • Develop, implement, and track enterprise marketing strategy, programs, and materials such as email, television/multimedia, print/electronic communications, social media, digital campaigns and/or marketing events.
      • Design and develop marketing and product specific printed or electronic materials, and web pages utilizing responsive design techniques to support company-wide initiatives.
      • Partner with internal and external designers to ensure the content, format or technical feasibility of designs.
      • Optimize marketing material/product’s content, format, and web presentation to maximum utility and user experience.
      • Recommend, advise, counsel, or support during technical, brand, product, or campaign implementation.
      • Represent the Atrium Health enterprise Marketing Program by coordinating and executing enterprise initiatives and providing excellent customer service.
      • Collaborate with management and leadership by using research insights, assist with the creation of measurable program assets which are aligned to business goals that drive awareness, consideration, selection, retention and advocacy among target audiences.
      • Communicate constructively with teammates and supervision to help with projects as needed transferring information, timelines, project progress, and/or difficulties. .
      • Support a culture of teamwork, collaboration, learning, innovation and accountability across all work units within the department.

      Physical Requirements


      Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.



      Education, Experience and Certifications

      Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. 0 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
