  Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can bring that story to life. If you're creative, data-savvy, and love crafting content that connects, this might be your next adventure.

  You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Owning the day-to-day execution of our social media calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Scheduling and publishing engaging content—always on-brand and aligned with our pillars: “Limitless AI”, “Limitless You” and “Be Part of Us”.
  • Managing our social media community: replying to DMs, comments, and building meaningful interactions.
  • Running paid social campaigns across platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube), in partnership with our paid media team.
  • Tracking and reporting on performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPC, CPA) to help us improve and grow.
  • Supporting global campaigns and recruiting moments with custom content (e.g., project-specific hiring, internships, referrals, spotlights).
  • Partnering with internal teams (TA, growth, marketing, operations) to source stories and amplify employee voices.

  
  

  We Are Looking For Someone

  • Has 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (bonus if in employer branding or HR-related areas).
  • Writes like a human—clear, fun, and never robotic.
  • Understands how each platform works and how to tailor content for it.
  • Knowledge of content performance metrics and how to optimize based on data.
  • Knows their way around Canva, scheduling tools (like Metricool or Buffer), and has basic design and video editing skills.
  • Has experience managing communities and running paid campaigns.
  • Speaks English fluently (Spanish is a plus).

  
  

  Even Better If You Have

  • Experience working with an EVP or employer brand guidelines.
  • Worked with UGC, employee stories, or built ambassador programs.
  • A good eye for visual identity, trends, and aesthetics.
  • A side project, TikTok account, or portfolio that shows your creativity.
