      About This Position

      ChristianaCare is searching for a HR Social Media Specialist to be responsible for creating, producing and administering content for HR on all social media platforms, such as Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. This role will help build an audience and content strategy for the various social media channels as well as monitor site metrics, respond to follower comments, and oversees creative design for social media content.

      Principal duties and responsibilities:

      • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
      • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
      • Film, edit, and produce all video content, including appealing visuals and effects.
      • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual social media editorial calendars to promote the organization and its recruitment programs across CC social media channels.
      • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML).
      • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
      • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
      • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
      • Collaborate with HR COEs to promote recruitment and retention of caregivers including supporting major recruitment events and providing insight into various caregiver roles and day to day activities through video.
      • Monitor and help enforce the ChristianaCare social media policy with caregivers and affiliated entities.
      • Support the HR department at live and online events as needed by capturing photos and video footage.
      • Create and maintain the organization’s HR social media pages and profiles.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, required
      • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
      • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
      • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
      • Adequate knowledge of social media platforms and industry standards
      • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
      • Track record of growing a social media following and building a loyal audience
