      Principal Job Responsibilities :

      • Cultivate, create and maintain all Social Media platforms for Gateway Frisco Church

      Social Media Responsibilities:

      • Use the Social Media platforms as a tool to reach people and connect people to the Gateway Frisco Community
      • Responding to all comments and DMs.
      • Posting about events happening at your campus, weekly or monthly, as appropriate for the event.
      • Posting encouraging content that engages and connects with your target audience.
      • Periodically reposting stories Gateway is tagged in by congregation members
      • Tracking Analytics of Instagram, Frisco Facebook Page and Frisco Facebook Group Page
      • Cultivate Gateway Culture and Excellence in all postings
      • Attention to all details of all events that will be promoted
      • Ministering to the comments made on Social Media postings
      • Responsible for scheduling the Social Media volunteer team for all events and weekend services

      Produce:

      • Produce yearly VGSD (Vision, Goals, Strategies, Document) with appropriate events and budget
      • Produce photography, videos that communicate life and stories occurring at
      • Gateway Frisco on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as needed.
      • Weekly analytical ministry report for all social media platforms
      • Support Monthly Newsletter Content, when requested

      Develop:

      • Required to build the Social Media volunteer team to 4-6 members
      • Required to lead the team in excellence in accordance to Gateway’s mission and
      • values.
      • Handle all issues related to Social Media that arise
      • Create ministry descriptions for all volunteer positions in the Social Media ministry
      • Develop the volunteer recruitment, onboarding and training process

      Attend:

      • All weekly staff meetings
      • All Campus Staff Meetings
      • All Staff Chapel Meetings
      • All meetings with direct oversight, when scheduled
      • Work in office as needed and directed to connect with Gateway Staff
