Job Description

- Help coordinate social content shoots with content creators
- This would include talent contracts, location contrast, estimating, etc.
- Track production flow of assets in different stages of execution
- Help track the entire job flow from strategy to posting to ensure we are making all dates
- Work across multiple clients and jobs
- Just be ready to dig in and help where needed
- Coordinate with account teams and clients
- Ability to content create or edit on the side is a bonus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Capability to anticipate project needs and potential problems
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Resourceful, positive, do-what-it-takes attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Ability to master Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox and Workamajig quickly
- 3-4 years of production or project management experience at an agency or in social content creation
**Living in or close to Austin, Texas is a must. Open to relo**
We are looking for an organized force of a human being who loves keeping things on track, producing social content, and can juggle many small jobs and tasks at a time. This person has to be a proactive team member who wants to help build up a team, an agency, production process and organizational process for our new agency, Look Squirrel.
