What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide routine reporting and data quality management for the Reporting and Analytics division
- Create and update reports on demographics, program participation, and outcomes using SQL, Excel, and statistical software
- Monitor data in the electronic health records for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments on their data needs and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in data management and implement enhancements in consultation with the Assistant Director of Reporting and Analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a social science, business, or related field preferred; or a minimum of 5 years of experience working with social services data and experience with SQL
- Minimum one year of related experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
- Advanced skills in data management required
- Knowledge of social science research methods and best practices required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in creating and modifying SQL queries and using statistical packages for data analysis
- Experience working with data and/or research experience in social science or human services
- Familiarity with Evolv software
- Knowledge of Youth Villages’ programs
