      Summary

      Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Social Security Disability to join its growing practice. The Social Security Disability Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of social security disability and hearings experience.

      Responsibilities

      • Guide clients through the case process
      • Attendance and preparation for hearings and court appearances
      • Day-to-day handling of active case load
      • Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff

      Qualification

      • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
      • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
      • Minimum 2+ years of social security disability experience
      • Ability to manage high volume of cases
      • Excellent client service and communication skills
      • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
      • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
