- Job Summary
- In coordination with Medical Social Workers, ensures that patients and their families receive appropriate Social Services assessment and interventions in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field

- Experience
- Internship or 6-12 months experience in medical or child/family services setting preferred.
