Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team at Carmichael, CA. The role will primarily focus on providing social work services to patients in the Emergency Department (ED). The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in social work, with prior experience in California Dignity Health facilities.

• Requirements
MUST HAVE PRIOR CALIFORNIA DIGNITY EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
Certifications Required: BLS and 4-hour 5150 class (often available at hospital)
• Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
Provide clinical counseling and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate medical documentation and records.
Collaborate with families and community resources to support clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities or PTSD.
Engage in crisis intervention and provide support in home and community settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
