- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University.
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or
- Upon hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker License or
- Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License or
- Upon hire: Montana Clinical Social Worker License or
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or
- Upon hire: New Mexico Clinical Social Worker License - New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners or
- Upon hire: Texas Clinical Social Worker License - Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners
- 5 years Post-graduate experience working in an Emergency Department, Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting.
- Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred).
- 1 year experience working with children or adolescents.
Providence is calling for Social Worker LCSW - Remote who can work on a Full Time - Temporary shift
The Clinical Behavioral Health Specialist must be able to collaborate and build rapport with patients, staff at the distant site as well as other members of the Telehealth team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, have strong documentation skills and an ability to triage and manage multiple cases concurrently. Compliance with the Social Work Code of Ethics and relevant state specific mental health laws required. The successful candidate will foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Must be comfortable with use of videoconferencing for assessments.
