Current LMSW Licensure with the state of Texas.

20Summary:
The Social Worker, LMSW will work within our High-Risk Asthma Clinic to provide direct social work services to patients and families who have acute or chronic medical conditions. The Social Worker provides ongoing supportive counseling aimed at maintaining the functional behavior of families. The social worker assesses families for needed assistance with resource procurement that aids the family's efforts in caring for their child in either the ambulatory or inpatient care setting.
