      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Provide enhanced post-release services to unaccompanied children with significant needs
      - Carry a caseload of 8 to 10 cases, providing clinical case management services
      - Conduct brief clinical interventions and crisis management as needed
      - Develop individualized case plans, considering culture, language, and special circumstances
      - Maintain thorough and accurate record-keeping according to organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or relevant behavioral science
      - At least 3 years of progressive experience in the field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of clinical experience
      - Direct clinical experience of at least 1 year
      - Knowledge of trauma-responsive service provision and crisis intervention skills
      - Valid driver's license, insurance, clean driving record, and personal transportation
      - Fluency in Spanish, proficiency in additional languages is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in child welfare, family preservation, behavioral health counseling, or social service provision
      - Extensive knowledge of immigrant community local resources
      - Commitment to the human rights of refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and displaced people
      - CPR and basic first aid certification
      - Support of USCRI's values, including respect for others and appreciation of a multicultural workplace
