The Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a clinical research assistant to work in the Schiller Lab for Women's Affective Neuroscience, to aid in a study focused on examining the effects of perimenopausal hormone therapy on depression, cognition, and brain structure/function. The research assistant will be expected to work in person. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with clinical trial data collection as well as data management and quality assurance. Other tasks may include assistance with literature reviews/manuscript preparation, attending weekly lab meetings virtually or in-person, clinical trial recruitment, and screening potential study subjects. Research assistants will be expected to follow all lab protocols, attend regular meetings, keep an updated schedule/communicate regularly with their supervisor if any absences or delays in usual work hours arise.About the company
