Job Description

- Develop and maintain the enterprise case management system, ensuring its alignment with multiple complex and specialized technologies.
- Navigate the complexities of Siebel's customization framework to maintain system integrity during software upgrades, including re-testing and adjusting custom features for new version compatibility.
- Provide guidance on the integration of Siebel with other enterprise applications and data sources, ensuring meticulous configuration and continuous monitoring to prevent data inconsistencies.
- Quickly identify inefficiencies within the system and document accurate workflows of complex processes to drive operational excellence.
- Design and implement technical solutions that enhance system performance and support seamless interoperability within the organization's IT landscape.
- 84 months of experience as a developer of Siebel
- 84 months of experience working as a Siebel Technical Architect
- 60 months of experience integrating Siebel with other technologies
- 60 months of experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager)
- 48 months experience with data conversion and migration to Siebel from other data sources
- 24 months experience working for a government agency

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
