Job Description

- Analyze and elicit user needs and clinical workflows in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, product owners, marketing product managers)
- Translate user needs into detailed, structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of software requirements and specifications
- Support requirement traceability across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with software developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure shared understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning meetings to support agile development processes
- Validate requirements through reviews, walkthroughs, and alignment with regulatory, risk and usability standards
- Support the definition of system use cases and workflow diagrams to illustrate software behavior
- Contribute to build effective test scenario based on the
- Support the software testing activities for definition of proper test scenarios
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in a software development setting is a must have.
- Strong skills in eliciting, writing, and managing software requirements (user stories, use cases, etc.)
- Strong understanding of requirement engineering principles and traceability.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex user needs in a regulated, safety-critical environment.
- IREB certification or equivalent is a strong plus
- Understanding software development lifecycles in medical devices or other regulated environments.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate for working in a multicultural environment and with strong commitment and orientation to the results
- Proficiency in English is essential for daily collaboration
