- CRM Process Design: Analyze and design CRM workflows that enhance efficiency, visibility, and customer experience across departments.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Systems & Process Evaluation: Map current workflows and recommend technology-driven improvements to eliminate manual tasks and increase productivity.
- Solution Design: Partner with clients to design optimal software solutions that align with operational goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and testing efforts.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct software testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and business expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and software teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with CRM trends, enterprise software platforms, and automation strategies to bring proactive solutions to client needs.
- Proven experience in a business analyst or process design role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
