- Provide initial assistance with deployment and provisioning of robotic systems and operating robotic systems on-site
- Troubleshoot and provide remote support for software issues utilizing Grafana Data Analytics and AutoCAD
- Test robotic systems in a production setting and documenting bugs utilizing Robot Kinematics and Networking Devops (Networking Ports, commands, server commissioning)
- Utilize support and escalation playbooks to resolve operational issues within the SLA window utilizing Jira and Linux-based OS
- Create, improve, and update documentation as needed; and change or create scripts to improve installation efforts and reduce duration for installation utilizing Gitlab/config tools/config management and Python.
- 50% travel within continental U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 3 years of experience as an Automation Deployment Engineer, and/or Software Deployment Engineer, and/or Mechatronics Engineer.
- Experience must include: Jira, Atlassian, or other Ticket managing platform; Robot Kinematics or Robot Kinematics and Dynamics
- Linux-based OS
- Gitlab or Github/ config tools/config management
- AutoCAD (electrical mechanical cad drawings, integration of CAD)
- Data Analytics (Kibana, Grafana or other data management platform); and Python or Writing Production Grade Code in Python.
