      Join the Customer Intelligence (CI) Development Organization as a Software Developer, contributing significantly to the Web/Mobile Channel team's mission of delivering pioneering Software as a Service products. Embrace a dynamic environment, leveraging agile methodologies and the latest technologies to provide top-tier solutions in a cloud-hosted production environment. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the team's success, working alongside talented individuals to drive innovation and excellence in software development.

      As a S oftware Developer (EmergingCareers) you will:

      • You will work with top industry software developers in a highly collaborative environment and will interact with many different teams across different areas.
      • You will be responsible for designing and developing high quality, testable and scalable software solutions within established timelines while adhering to R&D best practices and processes, and actively involving other project stakeholders (e.g., managers, developers, product managers) to ensure implementation satisfies functional requirements and is consistent with established R&D standards.
      • You will participate in project scoping and scheduling; track progress of individual tasks and alert stakeholders of issues blocking or preventing completion of task, as well as mentoring and supporting more junior team members to impulse the team forward and foster a learning environment for everyone.
      • You will be expected to ensure quality through functional, unit and performance testing; work closely with testing team members by providing thorough reviews of the test plan and communicate when updates to the plan should be made to cover code changes related to enhancements, redesigns and/or bug fixes.
      • Maintain accountability for the entire life cycle of the code including support for both internal and external consumers.
      • In collaboration with technical writers, you will create appropriate level of design and technical documentation that satisfies both internal and external consumers.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
      • 2+ years of experience in software development with demonstrated growth
      • Expert-level TypeScript and JavaScript proficiency with deep understanding of language features
      • Advanced React development including performance optimization, custom hooks, and complex state management
      • Experience with Node.js for full-stack JavaScript development
      • Experience with RESTful API design and integration
      • Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing practices

      Preferred Qualifications

      • DevOps knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
      • Familiarity with Python for scripting and data processing
      • Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
      • Experience with Maven or CMake build systems
      • Understanding of JUnit and testing best practices
      • Familiarity with Vim and command-line development tools
