What You’ll Do

As a Software Developer at EXL, you’ll be a hands-on contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that power critical healthcare solutions. Your work will directly impact how our clients operate — from enhancing data quality to driving smarter business decisions.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

✅ Build and deploy high-quality web applications using modern tech stacks

✅ Collaborate closely with product managers, business users, and fellow developers to turn ideas into reality

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development & support
• Expertise in Microsoft .NET (4.0/4.5), C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, HTML/CSS, XML, SOAP, jQuery, Ajax, ReactJS
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions)
• Strong background in SSRS (Reporting Services) and SSIS (Integration Services)
• Experience with version control tools like Tortoise HG and SVN
• Understanding of Cloud technologies is a plus!

Nice-to-Have Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Python, PySpark, HIVE and Big Data tools
• Exposure to OCR tools, DTKBarcode, Esker, Biscom, or Claim Repricing tools
• Certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with Tableau and business intelligence tools
