Code and debug Python and Java applications that are used by the TENA Software Development Activity
Able to write and present requirements, design and user support documentation
Able to test software according to test plans for functionality and usability
Able to work with end users to collect feedback on existing tools and bring that knowledge back to share with the team
Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Able to obtain a Secret clearance.
US citizenship required
Local to the DC Metro area for the duration of the internship and able to work at the Leidos office located in Alexandria, VA.
Experience with Python
Experience writing Splunk Alerts
Experience with the TENA SDA service delivery environment
Leidos is seeking a summer intern with a Computer Science or Computer Information Systems background to support the TENA III Program at our Alexandria, VA office. The selected candidate will work alongside our team of software developers, software engineers, and system administrators to support our customer’s mission to provide reliable, interoperable, reusable, and composable connectivity of geographically distributed live and simulated range resources that can be rapidly combined to meet new testing and training missions in a realistic manner.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $44,850.00 - $81,075.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
