  POSITION TITLE:		Software Developer
  POSITION DUTIES:		The Software Developer will serve in a techno-functional architect role and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This individual will provide technical support and coordination in managing the installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of Station Casinos’ Oracle HCM production and non-production environments on an ongoing basis to ensure the reliability, performance, and high availability of the system; design and develop Oracle HCM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions including system security, configurations and testing; implement and support Oracle HCM Fusion modules and Oracle Recruiting Cloud Applicant Tracking System; define test scenarios based on requirements by creating test scripts to prove each scenario through system and user acceptance testing and documenting test results.
  DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:		Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:		Two years of experience in the position offered, as an Oracle ERP, EPM, or HCM Engineer, or related occupation.
  OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:		Any experience in the following: Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Oracle Recruitment Cloud or other applicant tracking system. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) or Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. May telecommute from any location in the US.
  RATE OF PAY:		$109,809.76 - $118,836
