      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop product features and components in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
      - Software development using Visual Studio, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, MongoDB, and other technologies
      - Support cloud-based deployments using containers within Azure and/or AWS hosting environments
      - Develop new user experiences using the newest web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript frameworks, and Web Components
      - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience developing in a collaborative software development environment
      - 3+ years with .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and architecture/design tools
      - Agile development experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building and deploying software programs to cloud vendors including Microsoft Azure and AWS
      - Experience working with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript frameworks, and Web Components
      - Insurance or Healthcare domain including front office/sales models or internal actuarial/underwriting models
      - Proven solid communication and documentation skills
      - Proven solid planning and organizational skills
