      About the Role : We are seeking experienced Software Developers to support the development and enhancement of software applications and business process automation tools. The successful candidate will lead and participate in cross-functional development teams, resolve software-related issues, and contribute to user manual development. This role requires strong technical expertise in low-code/no-code platforms, agile development, and API integration.

      Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

      • Serve as a technical lead on software development projects.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing software systems.
      • Incorporate feedback and suggestions to improve system performance and usability.
      • Direct, mentor, and review the work of other software developers.
      • Participate in the development of user documentation and software manuals.
      • Design and implement solutions using business process modeling tools and automation frameworks.
      • Develop applications that integrate with Microsoft SQL Server and operate within a Microsoft .NET environment.
      • Utilize software platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, and Nintex to support project requirements.
      • Apply agile and hybrid methodologies for low-code application development.
      • Prior experience supporting federal or defense-related IT projects.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
      • Perform other duties, as assigned.

      Experience Requirements:

      • Five (5) years of relevant software development experience.

      Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:

      • Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority such as CompTIA Security+.

      Other Required Skills & Abilities:

      • Demonstrated experience working with application programming interfaces (APIs) in support of low-code/no-code development platforms.
      • Proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN tools.
      • Experience in automating applications/processes using BPMN-based models.
      • Hands-on experience with software platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft .NET development environment.
      • Experience working in agile and hybrid low-code development environments.
      • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

      Security Clearance Requirements:

      Secret Clearance

      Other: Must possess a favorable Tier 3 (T3) NACLC/ANACI investigation at the time of proposal submission.

      US Citizenship Requirements:

      This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
