**This position requires a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance**
Description:
In this role, you will be working on a team of talented software engineers who are designing, developing, and maintaining next-generation satellite software. Our challenging domain offers the opportunity to apply new technologies to develop high availability, large-scale software systems. Our program follows modern Agile/DevOps development practices and utilizing an agile framework - experience in this area is a plus. We provide robust and easy-to-use tools for reporting status and estimates to your agile team leadership - meaning more time for true problem solving.
Skills:
C++, Linux, Software engineering, agile, satellite ground station, satellite operations, mission operations
Nice to have:
• Experience with some area of satellite ground system software such as mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics models.
• 4 years of relevant experience and a STEM are typically needed
- A master’s degree in a STEM field may be substituted for 2 years of work experience.
