      Who we are ….

      We are part of the NXP’s Automotive Processing (AP) Software Team. The India Design Center (IDC) AP Firmware Engineering Group is part of the AP Platform SW & Tools team under Global AP SW Team. The AP Firmware team is responsible for the following products.

      SoC BootROM Firmware Security Firmware Security Solutions

      The CoE for the BootROM firmware is in IDC and responsible for all AP SoC BootROM FW. This team owns the product end-to-end, responsible for architecture, FW delivery, Pre-Si and Post Silicon signoff. This team is also responsible for all the SoC security configurations verification.

      The Security Firmware development team is at IDC Noida and Bucharest SW Center in Romania. These teams are responsible for all the AP Security IP Firmware. The center of excellence (CoE) for Security FW validation is in IDC.

      AP FW Team manages all the Boot firmware and security firmware for automotive MPU/MCU. The two firmware are very critical to the success of NXP Automotive MPU/MCU business.

      The security solutions team is doing wonders by solving the customers problems, converting the innovative ideas to the real system, Vulnerabilities analysis, EdgeLock implementation etc…. Delivering complete solution, developing it from scratch. Solving critical customers problems.

      • Be in the center of the hardware and firmware development life cycle, interested in developing a complex security hardened and secure firmware.

      Job Description:

      • B-Tech/BE/MS/M-Tech in CS, Electronics, ECE, OR equivalent branch.
      • Programming languages – C, Embedded C and RTOS fundamentals, Preferred Python Language, assembly language programming.
      • Sound knowledge of operating system architecture and security fundamentals such as UNIX based operating system, RTOS or microkernel.
      • Familiar with ARM, RISC_V architecture, Embeded ystems and related security Fundamentals. Working knowledge of applied cryptography.
      • Hands on experience with debug tools like Lauterbach, configuration management tools like DOORS, GIT, Design sync etc, Task management tool like JIRA/Design PDM etc, Pre-Si infrastructure like Zebu, Veloce, Palladium etc….
      • Sound knowledge of operating system architecture and security fundamentals such as UNIX based operating system, RTOS or microkernel.
      • Semiconductor domain experience, cyber security and Vulnerabilities knowledge.
      • Total Exp : 8-15 Yrs
