What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop UI components using ReactJS and frontend technologies
- Participate in architecture and code reviews to deliver high-quality code
- Contribute to service architecture, data architecture, and deployment pipelines
- Create, enhance, or integrate APIs using ReactJS and Java
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end technology
- At least 3 years of software development experience in the ReactJS framework
- Minimum of 1 year of software development experience in Java/Spring Boot stack
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design and algorithm design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in the full software development lifecycle
- Experience with design patterns and analytical design skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce domain knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities and complexity analysis skills
