      Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      Job Summary:

      Applies the principles of secure software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software and cloud infrastructure. Works cross functionally to understand business requirements, architecture and technology direction, evaluate alternative approaches and ensure software and systems are designed accordingly. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts and practices to facilitate system functionality, scalability, resilience and security as well as ease-of-use (developer / user experience). Applies agile principles to software development with a focus on delivery of business value, collaboration, continuous improvement and sustainability.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Gains familiarity with and applies Software Engineering concepts, practices and methodologies.
      • With guidance, performs standard Software Engineering duties for an assigned team.
      • Duties may include:
        • Writing secured and functional code base on design and requirements.
        • Writing unit and system tests to provide coverage for common code paths,
        • Identifying and automating manual tasks,
        • Evaluating and responding to bug submissions,
        • Converting legacy code to new code,
        • Identifying network, server or software bottlenecks,
        • Ensuring application of secure coding practices,
        • Performance testing and identifying / resolving uncovered issues.
      • Learns and applies industry and company Software Engineering standards, policies and guidelines.
      • Assists with special projects as assigned.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related field

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Foundational skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, software installation and support, system and technology integration, and technical troubleshooting.
      • Foundational skills in building partnerships, challenging personal limitations, driving innovation, focusing on execution and striving for excellence.
      • Other duties as needed or required.
      • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
      • Experience with Dart & Flutter, NodeJS, React or other programming languages a plus.

      Drug Testing
