- Ability to: Design, code, test, correct and document programs and scripts from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
- Familiarity with: Typescript, React, GitHub, MongoDB, New Relic, AWS Cloud Services
- Experience/Strong Curiosity in Gen AI.
- Familiarity with: Unit Testing, API development, DevOps, Scrum methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate work to team members and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related field.
- Working experience in design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components, client-facing web applications, and major Internet-oriented applications and systems.
- Working experience realizing applications from conception and design, to implementation and support.
- Working experience in coding within multiple technology stacks (e.g. Front-end: browser and device typically using common client-side technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Back-end: server, application, database using languages like PHP, Python, Ruby).
- Working experience with application lifecycle methodologies (e.g. agile, iterative).

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description

Your team will be primarily supporting Cox Automotive’s Deal Central solution which is designed to streamline and enhance the vehicle sales process.
What type of work can you expect?
In this role, you will work primarily on developing and maintaining software solutions by strongly collaborating with cross-functional team members. This includes writing code, participating in code reviews, debugging, and contributing to the overall software development process. You will also engage in testing, documentation, and providing technical support. Expect to support mission critical backend integrations as well as customer facing UI development.
