What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a small team of software professionals in an Agile development environment to meet project milestones
- Shape design, processes, and tools while contributing innovative ideas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to obtain DOD Clearance or currently holds one
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Commitment to producing quality outcomes and achieving goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design/Programming
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in Java or similar programming languages
- Experience with Linux operating systems and version control systems like Git
- Previous engineering experience in DoD Software Systems is a plus
