      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and oversee the software engineering function to develop, release, and maintain software applications
      - Define and create future software business strategies while managing day-to-day software development
      - Establish policies and procedures to ensure high-quality software products and services
      - Monitor software deliverables to meet availability and performance goals, while driving continuous improvement
      - Provide technical guidance and resolve conflicts related to technical approaches, designs, and coding practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
      - One (1) year of experience in software engineering or a closely related field
      - Demonstrated knowledge in web and desktop application development and debugging software applications
      - Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, Web API) and programming languages (.NET, C#, Java, or Python)
      - Experience with SQL Server databases and project management practices (agile or lean)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
      - Familiarity with statistical data techniques such as causal inference and natural language processing (NLP)
